Trouble Installing Sata Device and Graphics Card

    I just got my new 250 gig sata drive in it registers in Cmos but not in windows.. It came with a disk and it has intel/silicon/3112/3114/via drivers on it.. But i tried using the intel ones but it says thiers no model when i try to install it under install hardware. I have a Abit A17 Motherboard with 3 hard drives hooked up to it.. Thiers certain options in my bios i can set. Anyone have ay ideas?

    Also i got a new grahics card but when i try to use my old one for my duel moniter it says the drivers are from a previous windows version and no longer good Wtf...

    The sata drive is a Seagate Barracuda 250 Gig

    With the HDD have you gone into control panel> administative tools> computer management> disk management and formated the HD, the sata driver you need is the Sil3112 or Sil3114 check your user manual for which one ....... what garphics card did you get ? & what graphics card did you have
