Trouble Opening A BootSkin!!

    Im having trouble opening a BootSkin file I have downloaded as a .zip file. I opened the .zip file and have extracted the contents to "My Documents". Then I open "BootSkin" (the program I am using to change bootskins with) and click file, import from file..., then when I want to open the bootskin picture, it has nothing in the file where I downloaded it... any ideas what is wrong...?
