trouble setting up eurovox 5000 pvr hdd, help plz

ive just got my box and i have a live feed with virgin, the guy i got the box off sent me a link to a site that i had to download firmware but i havn't got a clue what to do from here, help

 

read the thread flashing tutorial that will help you from start to finish
