Today I purchased a Movie Editing program called simple moviemaker. I don't know anything about movie editing or anything, so I thought this could be something simple I could start off with. The problem is it has this thing called DVR it says "DVR : MPEG DVR1394 turns your PC into a full-featured digital video recorder for digital camcorder. Click right mouse button to select TV capture device" But I don't have a Digital Camera, I have an anolog camera. If I buy an adapater at a store to capture the film , would it be able to detect it, because right now it says not dectecting digital camera plugged into the computer. If Yes, what kind of adapter and stuff would I need to buy. Thanks for the help.
