So I just got a new Ipod video 30gb. I just started experimenting with the video, however, I'm having some troubles. Now I've heard about how the Ipods are very tempermental when it comes to the right video format. So I converted a video file to the mpeg4(mp4) format. From what I understand, this is a supported video format for the Ipod. However, whenever I click "add file to library" and select that file and click "ok," it never shows up in my library, therefor I cannot add it to my ipod. Now am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? Am I using the wrong video format? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
nevermind, i found a post earlier thats similar to mine, and solved my problem by shortening the file name
