i dont want to spend the 50 dollars on the tb dongle. i can use a standard usb. im new to tb dongle sorry
begin sarcam Yes of course you can, as I said before, a simple standard usb stick; to which I believe you mean a memory flash drive which can only preform the task of storing data, can magically undertake the operations as one of these dongles just because you store the payload on them. /sarcasm
You have to put it on the usb stick and then place the usb between a rock and a hard place and then have the rock collide at full force onto the usb shattering it into a billion fragments! I can guarantee that this will give the same result as plugging it into the ps3.
This thread made me laugh. Even after BigO said he was being sarcastic you kept asking The dongle has a microcontroller and cannot be done with simply putting the payload on a flash drive. True Blue is crap anyway. They are profiting from "scene" knowledge. Honestly if I wanted to play newer games that bad I would get a 360 and flash the drive.
