Trying to convert all day...Now a lost Newbie

    Not sure I am doing it right. I surfed around here for a few hours.

    I downloaded DVD Shrink & DVD Encrypter and can not for the life of me seam to get a movie encoded to upload to an ipod.

    Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I put the movie in
    have changed the setting to get one file compression movie only.

    Now I have two files a .vob file and .iso file not sure how to get them on to my ipod, but for the most part not sure I efffectively use DVD Shrink corrently to begin with.

    I just want a couiple of movies on my Ipod.

    If you haven't resolve your problem, dvd shrink is only good to make back up copies, not good to encode, If you have dvd decrypter, you will need videora to conver the videos to play on your ipod, now here is a much more simple way, handbreak it will take your source ither dvd, or iso or avi file and converted to the file format, IPOD, Apple tv, Xbox360, or ipodtouch and iphone. is a bit slow, but it will rip and encode all at once, you don't have to rip and then use another utility to encode your files, bellow i will post the link to handbreak and a youtube tutorial link.handbreak was originally for mac, but they ported over to windows.     Thanks for the reply. I tried previously to download handbreak and could not get it to install successfully on my computer.

    I keep getting a signature error message.
