Hi could someone please help me.
I am trying to backup a copy of x-men3. I usually use DVD shrink with dvd region free+css then burn with nero. This is not working so i have tried anydvd, dvd43, dvdfab decrypter,1 click dvd copy and free dvd. This is the same for Cheaper by the dozen2 and Yours, mine and ours ( don't ask married ).Has anyone got any ideas as I have never had this problem before usually dvd region free does it all for me.
Any ideas would be gratefully recieved as this is doing my head in. Thanks Delta0673

I used that software that is so out of date that some people on this forum think it could never work. DVD Decrypter. Works perfectly every time.

    @ delta0673,

Do u have the newest versions of all the programs u mentioned, as they should all work with this movie, i believe that this dvd didn't even have hard protection on it.

Also u should not have Anydvd or region free running while using DVDFab as they might conflict.

AnyDVD isn't going to work, if you also have DVD43 on the computer! They do not play well together. Can't have both on computer, and expect them to work. Remove all parts of DVD43 from computer, including registry, and try it again, with AnyDVD running.

I did this movie using DVD Shrink w/Nero, and AnyDVD running in the background. It worked perfectly. No problems of any kind..........

If you have the latest AnyDVD 6.0.7.0, you should not have any problem. I was successful using it with CloneDVD. You could also use it with Nero Recode. Try to use DVD9 to preserve PQ, as the file size is quite large and would need a relatively high compression on a DVD5.
