when I try to start a dvd, and I hit the new disc button,I get an error message and it says unable to continue decryption error
bjones930, This is the DVD-Rebuider forum and you need to post in the Shrink Forum. That said use newest version of DVDFAB Decrypter(free) to rip the disk to HD and then use DVDShrink to compress the movie and now use whatever burning program you want to.
