Try #pw+015093331362305+7# You will not be able to use it with sprint/nextel as they dont operate on GSM frequencies. You can use it on TMOBILE and Cingular if you wish. I would double check the frequency the phone operats on as well as the carrier/service provider you are wanting to use.
Thank you, but when I enter this code in full, with all the #, p w and +, nothing happens. I don't get any message at all, and I am still able to edit the code I punched in after pressing the last # I have removed the SIM card as well. Am I missing something?
insert a non accepted sim and enter the code again. Be very careful that you are entering the whole code correctly.
So mine is one of those phones where you can't do it without a new, fresh SIM? If I screw up the code when I plug in the new SIM, will I thrash the SIM card and need a new one? I will go verify the frequencies of Cingular and Tmobile first to make sure my phone is actually compatible. Thank you for your help!
