Download all three files to a folder on your desktop. Extract both zip files to the same folder. Restart your pc in safe mode. Open the folder and double click the sysclean file and follow the prompt. Click on the advanced button underneath for more options prior to scanning. SystemClean http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/sysclean.com Virus Patten File http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/pattern/lpt399.zip Malware Patten File http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/pattern/spyware/ssapi/ssapiptn665.zip
What does that mean? you have no internet? your computer won't start? You'll need to be more specific. Try repairing your network connection.
Hi OZY, I to have this issue and following your advise I can download the .com file but the 2 zip file links appears to be broken. Any further help would be appreciated
Hi iTokee, I see you are back. You are my favorite Malware Collector. @RobEggers, a big Hello to you also. If you guys will follow the steps, you will probably get rid of all your AntiVirus problems, blue screens, etc. If you still have some problems that MBAM doesn’t clear, then post back with a HijackThis Log and state what your problems are.. Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop. • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan. • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt • Please post contents of that file in your next reply. No need to post a Log if it clears your problems… 2OG
