Hey guys, just saw a video about the new PX5's that are about to come out next month, and I've gotta say, they're pretty awesome. I love that it has bluetooth because that way I can talk to my friends on PSN, and also use it as a bluetooth headset for my phone. I also LOVE that they decided to go with a removable mic. I had one question though. The headphones also have a small jack on the side of it for the Xbox headset cable. I've heard that the Xbox uses a 2.5mm jack. I was wondering if I would be able to buy a 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter cable (one of these: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41L3hWMvXLL.jpg) and plug the 2.5mm side into the headphones, and the 3.5mm side into my ipod and use it as a wired pair of headphones to listen to my music. Do you think that would work? Thanks!
I'm not too impressed with Turtle Beach lately. Make sure you buy from a store with a liberal return policy.
I have to agree 100% with KB ~ for me it's because they only do "simulated" surround and not True Surround...which is why I ended up getting the Tritton AX Pro COD:BlOps Edition (on discount).
