I'm stuck, I understand that from the 2 files, the .dvd and the .iso, you have to burn the .iso file with CloneCD right? But do you have to use CloneCD? Can you use Nero or something? and do you have to delete Nero if you want to install CloneCD?

no you dont need to uninstall nero to have clonecd:)

you can either burn the .iso or the .dvd,
imgburn and cloncd are the programs we suggest for burning 360 games!

    questions?

I burned the game turok and have tried multiple times to play it on my xbox 360 but it just says
"empty tray" or "unreadable disc." I have extracted the iso from Winrar and when i put the game
with any ss file the light shows up red. Also, the ss merger says it has no video partition.
May someone explain to me what is going on and how to get this game to work?

same suggestion, run mulleter on it and make sure it says ixtreme compatible...however, you didn't really give any details, you have a flashed drive right? what firmware? what media are you using? it helps to provide more info.

ok i ran my iso from a local folder in Mulleter Beta 10. The only things checked off are, "Random padding, xbox 1 iso" and then it tells me there are 69 (wink wink) files in the iso and that the size of the iso is 13805175kb. My gut tells me only having two things checked isnt right, so what can do to fix this up?

load it in mulleter, then goto crc checking and press auto fix.

When new firmware is available, it'll hit the forums within a day. You'll see it posted here.

did you even unrar the files LOL they need to be unrared, right click on one of the files and select the option extract here you'll then have a iso, or .dvd....maybe both:)

as for the ss file you only need that if your game is unpatched, run it through mulleter to find out:p

if you need a link to the ss files ask here:p

ok, this s starting to tick me off and now ive ran out of discs.

Ive used two different types of Discs (Aione & Verbatim) and on two different machines with two different dual layer dvd+rewriters, one even lets me change the bitsetting and ive used 2 different programs (clone-cd and imgburn)

Each game has the .dvd file and according to dvdmulleter its compatible with all extreme firmware (etc).

but each disc ive burned wont play on my modded xbox, comes up disc unreadable error (one game installed an in-game update) but thats as far as ive got! - yet my brothers friends xbox 360 games work perfectly fine on my modded 360 and they are unbranded discs.

    wtf??

how many games have you tried burning? change the source files!

did you set the layer break in imgburn?
are you sure you have the book type set to DVD-ROM?

all you burns were successful if that one launched, remember to burn at 2x (2.4x), otherwise it sounds like the first one might not have been set to DVD-ROM and the other one might have been a poor burner,
update the firmware on both drives, believe us it helps!
can you list the model number/brand of the drives your burning with?
