Ok i got another question--if i have a modded xbox 360, but i have original games, like halo 3, can i still play that on xbox live. cause i know that you cant play burned games...

yes you can play retail and backups online (if you choose to do so)...however, regardless, even if you don't play backups online you still run the risk of being banned...it doesn't matter if you play it offline or online, your 360 sends back that info the moment it logs onto xbl.

as far as ss files...use mulleter and have it fix the iso for you.

I am just downloading gta and wanted to know how do i know that my drive is bitsetted i have got dvd info pro but i am not able to understand anything from it my drive model is LG GSA-H10A drive and also i can give u info that when i selected my dvd drive in dvdinfo pro it had a tick mark against DVD=RAm & DVD-ROM is it ok to burn with CLONE DVD 4 the game is prepatched.AND Also can someone tell me will iXtreme compatible games work on hard modded consoles like mine since i live in India there are no iXtreme things here

the manufacture probably lists the compatibility with different firmwares, i suggest you un mod your 360 and softmod it with the latest ixtreme, the compatibility with your modchip will depend on the game and when it was release

clond dvd 4 is a fake product made by Chinese programmers, i believe its in connection with the fake clone dvd 3, at anyrate it probably gives a poor burn, and no you can't just copy 360 games if that what your were asking

for burning 360 games either set the layer break and burn with imgburn or use cloncd,

dvdinfopro changes booktype


put a disc in your drive (DL DVD+R) and then hit that button and you can change your booktype

WIll this work on my LG GSA-H10A drive i have inserted a DL DVD+R and set the booktype of DL and RW to DVD ROM is that correct and how can i verify this.Please also tell me will the games play on hard modded console no iXtreme here

what is your modchip and is it upgradeable?

 

dont know which mod chip i am using but i am able to play i think all games don't know which modchip are installed in India

 

thats good, all game are pretty much playable on as long as the console is modified if its an older chipper newer games might not work on it

 

i went to crc checking but the option auto fix isnt highlighted, i cant press it. What now?

 

There is only one file that is the .iso file and there is no.dvd file as i have heard which is need to burn the disk.How can i get the .dvd file or can i burn by just selecting the .iso file with IMg Burn and write it.Since clone cd isn't compatible with my drive and can u tell me what layer break to set

ANd one more thing i need to know i have a HItachi 360 drive and a LG DVD burner can it burn the Moserbaer Dl disk properly.DL are quite costly here don't need to waste them.

 

U can create .dvd from .iso
First thing u need to do is download XDVDMULLETER and than go 'view iso details' and select the iso and than go 'create dvd file'

Go to imgburn and go to 'settings' and than to write and than put layerbreak and set to 1913760

go to 'change booktype' and go to LG and do this
Change for: DVD+r DL media
New setting: Set it to DVD-ROM

I've burned 3 games successfully like this

does your burner support DL discs? give me the brand+version and i can look it up for you

i have never heard of that brand of DL media before sorry, burn at a slow speed and give it a shot

otherwise you'll still be saving money if you get verbatim DL

but it is pure fluff! you can run backups (aka downloaded games)
