I am looking to buy a new TV card and would like some suggestions on what to go for...I would like it to have a RF-in so that I can watch the regular TV channels and if possible a video-in(composite) so that I can access my satelite channels... what will be the best solution?

You may want to look at Compro 300, basically a hybrid analog and digital TV card. The most important feature is that it allows you to cold start your PC using the remote.

Great card, if you live in Europe and get DVB-T signals.
    Doesn't work in North America.
