Tv channel frequency for sly channels

Hi,
Does anybody know what the frequency is for all channels ? I've lost some channels and i'm wondering if i've got to do a manual scan to find certain channels.

I seem to have lost the D*sney channels and Sly S*orts 1.

I'm in the midlands on VM.

 

there seems to be a problem in that part of the country today,there are a few others having the same problem, as we are accross the water we dont yet know the score, wait a while and read the other similar threads and you might get an answer!
