Okay, so I am trying to put a series of TV shows onto a DVD. I have all of the shows but they are encoded in Divx and Xvid, so the program I am using to create the DVD (WinDVD creator) doesn't recognize the files as valid. I have tried to convert them to MPEG-1 and 2, but everytime I do the sound is off on the final version... Does anyone know a program that I can use to edit and make a DVD with that allows for DIVX encoding? Or perhaps a program that will convert the shows while maintaining sound? Thanks

There are a lot of converters out there. All of them seem to work pretty well. On my computer I have two converters. TMPGEnc and Cucusoft. They both have their advantages. I find sometimes if a file is invalid in the one converter it will work in the other one.
