Tv tuner and my new video card

    I hooked my ps2 into my tvtuner via s-video input and i plan on purchasing a super video card lol will this boost my ps2 gaming video wise or will my tv tuner need to be super also... so what im trying to say is.. does my tv tuner need to be upgraded since my ps2 is hooked into that card or will my graphics card take over??
