I was wondering, I just got a tv tuner card, I am going to install it into my pc, I'm just wondering if I do install it, is their a way to split my broadband modems connection so it could work with my internet and my pc's tv tuner?

If your broadband modem is a cable modem then all you need is a conventional TV cable splitter. Run one output to the Capture card input and the other to the broadband modem. Even if it is a cable modem, unless you have TV service you won't have any TV signal.

Cable companies will generally install an RF filter to filter out your TV signal unless you have actually subscribed and paid for it. However, you can try, but be warned: If you haven't paid for the service, and your cable company finds out, you can be charged with cable theft.
