Guys...i've got an old combo (graphics/Tv) card which i've been using over the years. I've used the card to capture video from analog camcorder using windows movie maker...works fine!

The problem is that i cant find one right software with which i can watch TV with! the software which came with the card was Win98 Compatible only! so i had to find a good software to use on xp!

I've tried "Sage TV", it scans all of the channels and even shows them in a preview window in the settings wizard but when after completion of the configuration, i try to view Live TV it gives an error something like " Check if the card's drivers are updated"...the channel audio still sounds but no picture!

I've also tried "NERO HOME" of "Nero 8"...it also scans all available channels successfully but gives an error of the TV device as well!

STOIK CAPTURER works fine but it just records a single channel, i cannot watch Live TV with it!

Can someone suggest a solution or tell about a software which might work with "ATI all-in-wonder pro 8MB PCI" card?

I like beyondTV. But, it may be easier to upgrade your capture card and just run the software you like the best. Most capture card are fairly cheap now days.

WinDVR3, user friendly interface, easy to use and recording capabilities.

Still some cards are only compatible with certain software, but I have found that WINDVR3 is a very good DVR software.
