i have a TV tuner Card but didnt find a good program for capture the tv ! i try freeware like AVS TV box but quality pixelated ! if anyone can help me find one good and good quality too ! thanks !
man, there's a TON out there. A lot have PVR functions and are freeware. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Sage TV, but I don't think its free. Just google "tv tuner" or something like that and you should fine plenty.
