   Hello,
   
   I have a TV tuner installed on my Pc, I have in this tv tuner card a S-VHS port. can I connect this pc to the TV? or this s-vhs port on tv tuner is just for video in?

   that would just be an input. for an s-video output, you need to look to your graphics card.
