I want to buy a Tv tuner for my laptop but I dont know if you need the interent to access it. Can someone tell me? (i'm from the UK) Thanks in advance
No you won't need internet access. Usually it will have a built in mini ariel or a socket for an ariel to be plugged into it. The reception is not always too clever using the mini or built in ariels. Most of them 'recommend' using an external TV ariel.
