Is anyone aware of a database where a person could look up their TV's make and model to see if it has a QAM tuner?

Most all TV's today have a QAM tuner except those ultra small portables (7" for example). The other exception might be no-name wonders or very small sets.

I am aware that newly manufactured TV's after 2007 are required to have a QAM tuner. I was looking for a data base for people who have older TV's that would like to check. I know there are other methods of verifying this however I was looking for something quick and easy. I work for a telecommunications company, and would like to develop something convenient for our customers.

I have never seen anything that would include every set ever made. It would be quite a list. Is there any specific set or brand you were looking for?

Anything with the term "HD ready" probably didn't have a digital tuner.
