Tweaking VBR_Bias and Prec_Settings in DVD Rebuilder

    Does anyone have any guidelines for tweaking these settings? Does the type and length of movie affect these settings?

    Quality_prec is normally 16. Going 20 tends to soften the picture for me. 12 Sharpens further. VBR_bias has a similar affect for CCEsp.
