"As far as burning, use ImgBurn. DVD Decrypter's burning engine is old and needed to be updated and that's why ImgBurn was created." Since you mention this I do have and use IMG on my Vista machine. How do I get DVD Shrink to open ImgBurn after is completes ripping. With my HP Laptop DVD Shrink opens Decrypter after it is done so all I have to do is put in the blank disck and Hit OK?
to autoburn you will need this version of dvd shrink http://rapidshare.com/files/35280436/Shrink_w_ImgBurn.rar or save it as a ISO Image file open imgburn find the file and burn
Bro, how did I know Adiana Lima was gonna be on your desktop?? I knew it was a gimmie, but great pic to stare at!!!!

ok im back.. i actually do not have a good copy of this. i thought it was a successful burn. BUT as i watched the movie.. shortly after scene 7 mid conversation it cuts back to the menu and just loops uncontrolably. i originally used dvdfab, then dvdshrink thats when i noticed the prob i then used dvdfab, vob blanker, then dvd shrink...same problem i now thanks to this board, found dvd shrink with imgburn? and used that and same problem. so does anyone else have this issue? i cant even select a later chapter after 7 or else it freezes. its happens right after the quote "what if im not the hero, what if im the bad guy" in the cafeteria scene in chapter 7. thanks guys, and sorry if this post is bad, its late and im annoyed at how this isnt workin
DVD Rebuilder 1.28.2. Where can I go to download from a secure site or is it a violation to give post that info on the site anymore.
here is the correct link http://www.jdobbs.com/Pages/DVDRebuilder/DVD-RB_Pro_download.htm as said you will need to do the paypal payment first
I was able to get it to run with dvdshrink & anydvd 6.5.3.1 but it will not compress the disc at all. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Make sure Dvd Shrink's output is set to either Dvd-5 or a custom target output of 4400 or so. Uncheck all unnecessary languages and subtitles. Run through Deep Analysis then hit Backup!
Hello, I have tried to rip Twilight and I've used AnyDVD 6.5.3.1 and AnyDVD 6.5.3.2 Beta, RipIt4me, DVD Rebuilder, and DVDFab... None of these worked... It would tell me that there is an error. There is nothing wrong with my dvd player/burner. I just burned some files to dvd not to long ago. Can anyone help me with this?
I couldn't get ripit4me to work either. However, DVD Fab worked marvelously. I didn't bother to download the new ANYDVD, but now that you've mentioned it, I will, just to confirm what you said: that it does work! Mike Rice
A little advice about using DVD FAB to burn TWilight. DVD FAB rips and marks files to a designated folder. Mine was still named Michael Clayton. Open your Explorer file manager and access those files. Open DVD Shrink. Use your cursor to darken all the video files in your Twilight video files. Then drag the whole bunch to DVD Shrink. You'll immediately get an error, then another and another. That's just shrink recognizing that many of these so called files are bogus. Each time you hit OK, a bogus video file is discarded. Go through all the bad files until you have no more warning popups because all the bads are gone. The Producers of Twilight, in trouble because Redbox is giving away its DVDs at a dollar a rent, booby trapped the Twilight disk so that it could not be easily burned and replicated. Similarly, when you have an iso file, and attempt to burn a disk in imgfile, a popup will warn that the file can't be opened. One of the outs on that popup, however, is continue. Continue and imgfile will burn you a pristeen copy of Twilight.
jaszmin - please remove the facebook link from your signature as it's classed as advertising (won't hold facebook being pointless against you though). Anyways, have never heard of anyone selecting movie files in Windows explorer and dropping said selection onto DVD Shrink. Hmmm... All you need to do is open DVD Shrink and point Shrink to the DVDFab folder. The one thing to note is that DVDFab isn't known for producing 'clean' rips so it's highly recommended to use vobblanker or FixVTS after every DVDFab rip so that DVD Shrink or whatever program you use has a clean set of movie files to work with. edit- dialysis beat me to it, there's a few success stories in this thread already so it seems there's no problems for DVDFab (like all other movies in fact)..
