I have an ogg file and i got the codec and did all that and it playedback fine. It's a dual audio (japanese/english) and it played in english. I was thrilled. That was about a month ago and for some reason I tried to play it today and both tracks were playing at once. I'm not sure what it is. i reinstalled all my codecs and I do not recall deleting any. sorry if this has already been posted before, but I can assure u i looked.
ogg file? Sounds much more like an ogm. If you use a crappy media player that doesn't support multiple audio streams, then they will all play at once unless the splitter supports switching or you have something like Morgan's stream switcher installed.
