I have a movie which has two different files. DIVX, initially, but now there dvd format (Two separte folders). Is it possible to put all these files on one dvd+r disk? The total space is less than 4.7GB. the problem is there are two different movie folders.
Using Nero, will it work to add all the files together and burn it? as long as there in sequencial order.

no. You must author them together. DVD Shrink can do this, just hit the reauthor button and browse for your folders containing your VOB, IFO, and BUP files. You should add them as Movie 1 and Movie 2. You can then compress if necessary and make them as one folder to burn.

Does it affect the quality of the movie at all?

if you have to compress, then maybe. Otherwise you shouldn't notice a difference. Some people here claim you can, but I'll let you be the judge of that (I don't notice it).
