Merry Christmas everybody!!! I'm having problems with my hard drives. my second hd won't show full capicity. My master drives shows 80gb which is correct but my slave drive only shows 33 instead of 120 gb. 1life1luv It sounds like a Windows update problem. Update to SP2 and then do the same with your motherboard's Bios. Please give it a try then provide us feed back? I get past these problems all the time. Keep in touch!! Soph
These hard disks have a jumper setting which can restrict the drive to 33GB. 'The jumper setting acts as a 32GB clip which clips the LBA to 66055248. The CHS is unchanged from the factory default of 16383/16/63. Installing the 2GB/32GB capacity clip jumpers reduces the drive capacity to 33.8GB.'
