Two Questions About Xbox

    hey, my first question is, Is it possible to ftp without a router? If so, could someone tell me how? and 2nd question is.
    When I make backups,(already Qwixed) When I put the disc in the drive on my xbox, it says no disc. any idea how to fix this?
