hey so i converted a .avi file into dvd files...
    VIDEO_TS
    VIDEO_TS
    VTS_01_0
    VTS_01_0
    VTS_01_1

and together they are 2.07GB's so im using Nero 7 Ultra Edition and i went to Nero Express > Video/Pictures > DVD-Video Files and then I added those video files to burn and it says...

The file "VTS_01_1.VOB" is larger than 2 GB and therefore cannot be stored in an ISO file system. Please use the UDF file system to write such large files. This can be done by selecting another compilation type...

I have no idea how to use the UDF file system and i dont know what they are talking about by selecting another compilation type, can someone guide me on how i should be doing this?

Thats because .vob files are not ever supposed to be larger than 1 gig. Go back and check the file size. You may have to reconvert your .avi, specifing the correct size. Depends on what you used to convert it from .avi to DVD-Video though. What did you use?

If you ever want to play the movie in a DVD player, it has to meet the DVD-Video standard.

Here is the lowdown on DVD Video file structure:
