Can someone please help me? I bought the dx6490 easyshare camera, it allows me to do videos and still pics. I have take a few videos of my daughters first year. I have ulead movie factory 3 disc creator. I can import these files edit them and everything but when i go to burn the dvd or vcd(niether of them work) i get an error message about mpeg audio files are not compatiable or something like that. I don't care how i have to do it but i have to get these file off of my computer and on to a dvd. PS all other video files burn fine from this program please help So any software that you know of would be of great help to me.
the error says mpeg audio error.... dvd uses mp2 or ac3. vcd only mp2. did you convert the audio into this ?
No, These are .mov files that came off of my digital camera. They play on quicktime. That is how they came.
