Yesterday, when I attempted to install Ulead software that came with my Pioneer DVR-A09XL, my computer froze during setup and the install did not finish. I want to unistall and reinstall so that I can be sure everything will work properly when I use this software. Does anyone know what this means and how I can uninstall this program (manually if I have to)? Thanks
I solved the problem. It turns out that it did not really install and that's why I could not remove it. All it did was copy the program and did not finalize by adding the uninstall info. I deleted and reinstalled and now everything is ok.
