A) it can't turn off
B) the only thing a modchip is capable of doing better than a softmod is using a XDK debug kernel for debugging and app making. Softmods can do that as well you just need a Debug Key.

Tell me what you think is wrong and I'll fix it.

This guide was written solely from what i observed on the web and from my own knowledge.

Please give me an example of what modchips can and what softmods can't.
