Unable to access my hard drives by double clicking!! HELP!

Hi,

Installed Ad Adware on Saturday and was scanning my PC and during the process i was trying to access one of my 5 hard drives and it came up with a message that access has been denied by ad adware & when it finished scanning it found some tracking cookies and one other trojan: win32/magnia or something like that so we had the program remove it and thought the hard drives would be fine but we still can't access any of the drives... it comes up with "..open files with... less of applications" if anyone have any ideas please HELP!!!!

Try going into safe mode (press F8, before windows starts loading).
Try accessing it there, and it would also be best to do a scan too since safe mode is the best place to do them.
