Unable to access some websites with IE

    This problem jsut started happening today with Internet Explorer. For some sites I go to it wont load then in the bottom right corner of IE it says 'Restricted Sites'. However when I got to Internet Options>Security>Restricted Sites>Sites there isnt any listed, its also set it 'High' which is default.

    Whats the problem and how can I fix it?

    Does the problem occur when using FireFox also??
