I'm not a big video capture person, but every now and then I run across a Flash video that I like to have a copy of. Lately I've been trying to capture a stream off Hulu, but they have recently done something with their streams that have made it impossible for users of Replay Media Catcher to record anything.

The company did tell me to try Replay Video Capture, which I already had anyway, but for some reason, when the program was running, it slowed down the Hulu video playback and made it choppy. Once I closed out Replay it was fine though. It's almost like it was some giant memory resource problem or something.

Finally I downloaded a trial of TechSmith Snagit but I couldn't get it to work right because you had to start the Hulu video, then start Snagit, so you'd end up cutting off the beginning of the video.

So I guess I'm still in he market to find something that will work like Replay Media Catcher but record a Hulu video. I've looked at Flv Recorder but haven't tried that yet so I'm definitely open to suggestions.

I'm running XP x64 with a 2.2 Ghz AMD Athlon and a 256 MB EVGA NVidia graphics card.
