Just bought a lazer mp4-c50 .cannot install using the cd provided. I have windows 7. Is this compatible and what do i have to do to get it going.I have sent an email to Lazer but they have not replied yet. donelle
I am wary of Chipods. Please let us know if they contact you. A few yrs back they never answered their email. If they do, they have become more reputable. What is sold outside China has no quality control. There is no need they have your money and they will change their name to a different brand within a month or two. For a little more money you could have bought a returned name brand on overstock or some other place for only a bit more. I bought a 8g Sansa View for 20 USDs and has lasted a few yrs.
i agree with mez; little if any quality controls. but to answer your question, if it connects via usb, try to access it as a removable disk.
