I installed Nero 9 yesterday on my laptop and PC. OS Windows XP Since then I get the error message when I try to open a photo in Outlook, or open a photo on my Desktop: "Windows cannot open this file... To open this file, Windows need to know what program created it...." I took a screenshot, but is unable to load it to Photobucket. I would like to disable this Nero function. Could someone please assist?
Just to add: When trying the list that one can open, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as well as Paint cannot open it. It can be opened by Picasa Photo Viewer and Photoshop. I am concerned that the recipients might not be able to open it and I prefer mine to be initially opened by Windows Picture Viewer.
