unable to retrieve file: HTTP STATUS 11002... HELP!

    Im tryin to download a save game using "Xbox Save Manager" but it brings up an error saying " unable to retrieve file: HTTP STATUS 11002" can any one help?? email anythingyouwant_69@hotmail.com

    When that happens to me I usually check my ip settings to see if it is getting through to the internet.

    my xbox can access the net coz i use "linkboks" and surf the web.. my friend also said that the site where u get that saves from might be down... do u reckon i need to check IP address on xbox or computer?

    That error means that DNS lookup was not working when you made your attempt to connect, its likely the site and not your setup.
