Unable to succesfully install unleash x

ok i have Action Replay, have the splinter cell files, installed the unleash x dashboard, did the patching, and when i get to the reboot part, where you turn off your xbox, and take out the game while turning it back on, it just brings me to the regular xbox microsoft dash, and my led turns red! im pretty stuck, im just bout to shoot this xbox, i have reset everything and tried multiple tutorials, and all come up with the same prob, please help

 

Ok when the xbox tray starts closing eject it fast and then take out the game then relly quicky turn off your xbox....this should be done fast its normal for the game tray to close when u press eject but when it starts going in press eject take out the game and turn off the xbox..

If done correctly u should get a message when you turn on your xbox....something about sucessfully installing the mods and the red llight is a normal part of moding so is orange and yellow,green

 

i am able to do that, but i dont get the dashboard, it just goes starts up with the unleah x logo, then back to the old MS dash, i dunno if i just have an incomplete install file or what, do you have a link to where you have gotten a succesfull one

 

Does it ask for the time when u turn on your xbox? i had the same problem

 

yup, exactly then like i said, straight to the ms dash, were you ever able to get it to work

 

Yea this happens when u disconnect the xbox power cord....

In the normal MS dash go to your setting and change your clock once more to the right time and time zone and day lightsavings time to the time it is...After u do that it should lock the time and when u boot the xbox it would take u to the modded dash board

ok, i did this and it boots to the media center, but then hits into that needed xbox remote to play dvd, eject to move on screen. I might not of put all the folders where they belong,i don't know, i suck at modding.
