I have tried numerous times to load the firmware on to a brand new Eurovox max v 2008 without success. I have gone through this process a number of times before on other eurovox machines without any problems. When I attempt to download the firmware on to the box it says system 2.1 detected and then says system reset and just stops there without downloading anything to the box. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
After you hit download and it says "system reset" unplug EV and plug power back in. Download will then begin.
