Unauthorised box channel

    My starview 2 box isn't upgrading.When I scanned to re-instate returning Sky channels,I also found a channel warning of use of unauthorised box.Can anyone tell me what this is and any advice on getting my box working again?

    call the number on screen and ask whats going on :)

    thats a bit extreme , just delete the channel
