i dont have ever recalled seeing this before, i was given a dvd with a movie on it, it is very compressed, it ok but i was wondering if there is such a thing as an uncompressor, i could easily double this file and still fit a dvd. any response will be apreciated
I am not sure if this is correct but I do it. I take an MPeg4 or an AVI file, or a DVD video file of any kind, and use Nero Vision Express 3. It has an option under CONFIGURE on the bottom of the window once you have added video files, that says Video Options or something like that, under this you can choose to increase the bitrate, but I am not sure if there is a structural limit.
