I've used the same two programs for sometime now, which always works wonderful for backup copies. Dvd Decrypter then CloneDvd2 along with AnyDvd. I ripped the movie with no probs to my hd. When using Clonedvd, I get this message at the beginning of the backup process before writting to dvd. " Error creating dvd files" "Creation of dvd was not successful" "Navigation pack 0 VOBU 40 70 32 Clone 6 TCE"

I see this as I have an important missing file from when I was decrypting to my hd. Ive always had clonedvd make another of its own backup copy before burning to disc. I feel that im probably doing this process twice, as decrypter has already done that to my hd. But like id say, its always been very effective using the method ive used. The only other movie I havent been able to make my copy of is "The Forgotten".

Im not sure if hardware should be shown, so I guess ill just put my pc hardware info here, just incase that may be the problem.

    AMD Athlon 64 3000+
    2.16Ghz, 1.25Gb or RAM
    HL-DT-HT DVDRAM GSA-4082B

not sure, but try using dvd shrink and see if you get an error.

    Hi brianrpn
Since you have AnyDVD and CloneDVD - just use those. Make sure you have the latest versions - 6.0.1.1 (AnyDVD) and 2.8.9.9. This combo will handle this movie and The Forgotten.
AnyDVD also comes w/ a ripper.

If you do use AnyDVD w/ Decrypter change these settings:
General Tab: Uncheck 'check for structure protection'
I/O tab: Under interface have either 'SPTI-Microsoft' or 'Elby CDIO-Elaborate Bytes'
CSS Tab: Check 'none' under CSS Cracking Method.
