Uninstall Nero 8

    I found a newer version of Nero 8 and tried to install it over my current version (a legal, paid for version). The install starts, then at one point it goes away and nothing happens.

    I thought I'd better unstall my current version, then try the install. In Add/Remove I find 2 Nero 8s. When I try to uninstall one I get a message that there's another version installed and I should uninstall it first. when I try to uninstall that one, I get a message that there was an install failure.

    What do I do now?

    Fantastic - I'm all straight now. It removed both those Neros in Add/Remove. Then simple to install the latest version.

    I'm saving that CleanTools file in case I ever need it again.
