I have an HP Notebooke ZD8000 with a DVD±RW DL Rom (TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-L532M) which no longer burns CD's or DVD's. I have tried using different types of media and it still doesn't work.

Now I'm just trying to remove it to install a new DVD-Rom. Can someone here tell me how I can do that? Is this the correct forum to ask this question? I have already removed a few screws but no luck on unleasing the DVD-Rom yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
