    OK, so here's a tough one for you. Does anyone remember a cartoon that came out in the 80's where a little girl went to a planet populated only by robots? The bad robots were painted black, and their leader was always being told he was the "Lowest of the low!" by his boss.

    A friend of mine said it was called 'The Green Planet', but I can't seem to find anything on the net about it. Can anyone help?
