Ok What do i do if i just want to make a dvd out of these files that will play in my dvd player. Is there some way to turn them into mpegs and encode them to be burnable to a dvd that will play on a dvd player.
It's one movie. WinRAR chops it up into all of those connector files. If you follow AndMerr's advice, download and install "WinRAR". Once installed, the files will all become associated with WinRAR. Simply click the first file mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part001.rar and WinRAR will open a dialogue window with the movie inside. Click the extract button and the folder will save to the same directory the current rar file is in. The extraction could take a few minutes based on the size of the movie.
