I'm wanting to make a backup of the files on my Xbox for safe keeping and for when I eventually upgrade the hard drive in it. I'm using unleashx as my dash and have a 1.6 version xbox. I normally just ftp to my xbox using flashfxp to copy files back and forth. However, whenever I try to make a full backup of my xbox hard drive there are 2 files that refuse to transfer over. Those are eeprom.bin and shadowc.img found within the e\shadowc directory on the hard drive. No matter what I try doing I cannot get either of them to transfer to my PC with the other files. Any help here would be appreciated.
you should be able to get your eeprom.bin from E/backup/ or E/Udata/(a number folder)has a backup folder inside as far as the shadowc.img you probably wont be able to back that up but the eeprom is the most important get that and all will be ok
